This is a monthly check-in for your business that works with your life.
A space to reflect, plan, troubleshoot, and talk things through with someone who gets it.

Each month, you’ll get a prompt and a link to schedule your call at a time that suits you.

You bring what you’ve got, and we’ll figure out the best next step together, launches, ideas, sticky decisions, or just untangling your brain.

You’ll get a gentle check-in after our call, plus email support throughout the month so you’re not floating in the in-between.

Delivery and how we’ll work together
Monthly Office Hours are delivered via Zoom, with closed captions enabled. I’ll check in with you via email before each session, and occasionally send pre-session forms using Google Forms. Any materials I provide will include accessibility and inclusion info wherever possible.
The Content Catapult is delivered via email, with optional co-working sessions hosted on Zoom (with captions enabled).

That’s totally okay, honestly, it’s pretty common. You don’t need to have a tidy list of questions before we meet. We’ll use your pre-call form to gently reflect on what’s feeling sticky, and I’ll guide the session so you leave with clarity, direction, and doable next steps.
How is this different from coaching or a course?
This is personalised, ongoing support, not a pre-made framework or mindset-only approach. It’s a mix of mentoring, strategy, and a bit of gentle coaching. You bring the real-life challenges and ideas, and we work through them together.
Is this just for people with kids or chronic illness?
Not at all, but it is designed for business owners who are juggling life alongside their work and want to build sustainably. Whether you’re managing a full plate, feeling burnt out, or just craving regular, grounded support, this is for you.
What if I miss a month or can’t make my session?
Life happens. You can reschedule your session within the same calendar month, or if needed, we can carry it over once. I want this to feel like support, not another thing to stress about.
Will you tell me what to do, or will I have to figure it all out myself?
I won’t hand you a done-for-you plan, but I will help you make clear, confident decisions that actually work for your life and business. Think of it like this: I won’t steer the ship for you, but I’ll stand beside you and help you read the map.
